Main competences
- ability to collect and analyze initial information data for the design of technological processes of manufacturing products, automation tools and systems, control, technological equipment, diagnostics, testing, process management, product life cycle and its quality; to participate in the calculation and design of manufacturing processes and these tools and systems using modern information technologies, methods and design tools;
- ability to choose the main and auxiliary materials for the manufacture of products, methods for implementing the main technological processes, analytical and numerical methods for developing their mathematical models, standard test methods for determining the physical and mechanical properties and technological indicators of materials and finished products, standard methods for their design, progressive methods of product operation;
- willingness to apply methods of rational use of raw materials, energy and other types of resources, modern methods of developing low-waste, energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies, means of automation of technological processes and production;
- ability to participate in setting the goals of the project( program), its tasks under specified criteria, target functions, restrictions, developing the structure of its relationships, determining the priorities of solving problems taking into account the legal and moral aspects of professional activity, in the development of product projects taking into account technological, design, operational, aesthetic, economic and managerial parameters, in the development of projects for the modernization of existing production facilities, the creation of new ones, in the development of automation tools and systems, control, diagnostics, testing, management of processes, product life cycle and quality in accordance with the technical specifications and the use of standard automation tools for calculations and design;
- ability to participate in the development (on the basis of existing standards and other regulatory documentation) of design and working technical documentation in the field of automation of technological processes and production, their operational maintenance, product life cycle management and quality, in measures to control the compliance of developed projects and technical documentation with current standards, technical conditions and other regulatory documents;
- ability to diagnose the condition and dynamics of production facilities using the necessary methods and means of analysis;
- ability to accumulate scientific and technical information, domestic and foreign experience in the field of automation of technological processes and production, automated product lifecycle management, computer systems for managing its quality;
- ability to participate in work on modeling products, technological processes, production facilities and automation systems, control, diagnostics, testing and process management, product life cycle and quality using modern computer-aided design tools, development of algorithmic and software tools and systems for automation and process control;
- ability to conduct experiments according to specified methods with the processing and analysis of their results, to compile descriptions of completed studies and to prepare data for the development of scientific reviews and publications;
the ability to make scientific reports on the completed task and participate in the implementation of research and development results in the field of automation of technological processes and production, automated management of the product life cycle and its quality;
- ability to participate: in the development of programs of academic disciplines and courses based on the study of scientific, technical and scientific-methodological literature, as well as their own research results; in the formulation and modernization of individual laboratory works and workshops in the disciplines of the field profiles; - - ability to conduct certain types of classroom training sessions (laboratory and practical), apply new educational technologies, including computer and distance learning systems.
