The scientific and educational project of Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies "Lukomorye+" continues to develop in two formats – video and audio. Recently, students of one of the Voronezh schools became viewers of the mini-film "Microcloning: magic or science?", and a new podcast dedicated to forest conservation was released for a wide audience.
Schoolchildren enthusiastically immersed themselves in the magical world of biotechnology with the wise Scientist and the curious Cat, the main characters of the project's first episode. The film explores the complex topic of plant microcloning in an accessible manner, demonstrating that science can be just as fascinating as science fiction.
Meanwhile, the "Lukomorye+" project offers a new format for exploring the world of science: an audio podcast. The topic of the second episode is particularly relevant: "Are forests disappearing, and with them, our future?"
In the podcast, you'll learn:
Why forests are called the "lungs" of the planet
What role they play in oxygen production
What each of us can do today to preserve forest resources
The "Lukomorye+" project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation as part of the Decade of Science and Technology. A team of VSUFT professionals, led by Sergey Kuznetsov, continues to create high-quality popular science content for the widest possible audience.
