Second-year students of Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies, majoring in "Design", visited the Exhibition Hall of the Union of Artists of Russia. The event, organized as part of their "Materials Science" course, allowed the future designers to become familiar with professional artistic practices.

Under the guidance of instructor Tatyana Georgievna Yarysh, the group thoroughly explored a solo exhibition by renowned Voronezh glass artist Vladimir Maslov. The exhibition was particularly interesting for the students, as it clearly demonstrated the entire process of stained glass creation—from the initial sketch to the implementation of a large-scale interior project.

The exhibition served as a valuable practical complement to the theoretical course, allowing students to explore contemporary approaches to working with glass as a design material. Particular attention was paid to combining traditional techniques with modern technologies, which is relevant for the professional training of interior designers.

Visiting a professional exhibition helps to form the aesthetic taste of future specialists and expands their understanding of the possibilities of using various materials in design. Such events strengthen the links between the educational process at VSUFT and the cultural environment of the region, providing students with relevant practical knowledge and professional guidance.
