The interim results of the Admission Campaign-2025 were summed up at VSUFT

This year, applicants have submitted over 11,000 applications at Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies, which is 2,260 more applications than last year. This increase indicates an increased interest in the university.

The most popular areas were "Automation of technological processes". This year, the contest was 26 people per place, which is 11 people more than in 2024.

"Information systems and technologies" remain steadily popular, where the contest is 6.4 people per place (an increase of about a third compared to last year).

The "Landscape architecture" direction shows a steady increase in interest from applicants - the contest was 3.7 people per place, which is almost twice as much as the previous intake.

"The increase in contest indicators confirms the demand for our educational programmes and the quality of training specialists, - emphasizes VSUFT Rector Mikhail Drapalyuk. - We clearly see in the admission campaign figures the growth of the prestige of engineering education in the country and the subsequent demand for VSUFT graduates in the labor market".

During the 2025 admission campaign, the university paid special attention to creating comfortable conditions for participants in the special military operation and their children. Thanks to systematic work on the implementation of a separate quota, the number of applicants in this area has increased by 2.5 times compared to last year. In the current academic year, 76 applicants in this category became VSUFT students (in 2024 - 31 people).

Every year, more and more applicants choose targeted training as a reliable path to successful employment. In the current admission campaign, 83 applicants have already signed contracts with enterprises, guaranteeing themselves not only a high-quality education, but also a future job.

This format of training specialists is especially in demand in areas related to high-tech production and practice-oriented specialties. Partner companies actively participate in the formation of educational programs, which allows us to train personnel who fully meet the requirements of the modern labor market.

Efficient organization of admission of applicants in 2025 was ensured by a set of digital services of the university. The official website of the university became the main information center for applicants, and the hotline made it possible to promptly resolve all emerging issues.
