VSUFT received a license for a new specialist educational programme in partnership with JSC "NPO "Infobezopasnost"

Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies named after G.F. Morozov continues to expand its range of educational programmes. VSUFT has successfully licensed a new higher education specialty—10.05.03 "Information Security of Automated Systems" with a specialization in "Security of Open Information Systems".

The university partnered with JSC "NPO "Infobezopasnost", a leading IT security company, to implement this promising programme. This collaboration will ensure the training of highly qualified personnel who meet the modern demands of the labor market.

To successfully complete the licensing process, extensive methodological work was conducted: curricula, educational programmes, assessment materials, teaching aids, and methodological guidelines were developed for all disciplines and types of classes.

"The opening of new specialties at our university always means one thing—forward movement, - noted Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Alexander Chernykh. - These are new opportunities for our future students and employers, allowing us to meet the demand for young professionals. These are new areas of educational and research activity".

The university administration expressed gratitude to the Educational and Methodological Department of VSUFT, led by Svetlana Vyacheslavovna Pisareva, and the staff of the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology for their successful work in preparing and licensing the new educational programme.
