Main competences

- ability to develop technical specifications for the modernization and automation of existing production and technological processes and productions, technical means and systems of automation, control, control, diagnostics and testing, new types of products, automated and automatic technologies of its production, means and systems of automation, process management, product life cycle and its quality;

- ability to conduct patent research in order to ensure the patent purity and patentability of new design solutions and to determine the technical level of the designed products, automated and automatic technological processes and production facilities, their technical and hardware and software;

- ability: to make a description of the principles of operation and design of devices, designed technical means and systems of automation, control, control, diagnostics and testing of technological processes and production of general industrial and special purpose for various sectors of the national economy, to design their architectural and software complexes;

- ability to develop draft, technical and working projects of automated and automated production facilities for various technological and industrial purposes, technical means and systems for automating control, control, diagnostics and testing, systems for managing the life cycle of products and their quality using modern design automation tools, domestic and foreign experience in developing competitive products, to conduct technical calculations for projects, technical-economic and functional-cost analysis of the effectiveness of projects, evaluate their innovation potential and risks;

- ability to develop a functional, logical and technical organization of automated and automated production, their elements, technical, algorithmic and software based on modern design methods, tools and technologies;

- ability to develop theoretical models that allow us to study the quality of products, production and technological processes, automation tools and systems, control, diagnostics, testing and management, to analyze, synthesize and optimize automation processes, production management, product life cycle and quality based on problem-oriented methods;

- ability to conduct mathematical modeling of processes, equipment, automation tools and systems, control, diagnostics, testing and control using modern research technologies, to develop algorithmic and software tools and automation and control systems;

- ability to develop methods, work plans and programs for conducting scientific research and advanced technical developments, to prepare separate tasks for performers, scientific and technical reports, reviews and publications based on the results of the research performed;

- ability to manage the results of research activities and the commercialization of intellectual property rights, to fix and protect it.
